Virtual Human Resource Business Partner

For a company that is big enough to have human resource needs and still small enough not to have a dedicated HR person, HR Office Savers can be your Virtual Human Resource Business Partner. We can visit your primary office periodically to meet with you and your staff, have scheduled calls to check in on your HR needs, and send you regular email updates on HR compliance or process changes. Further, we are always available by phone, text or email for any "emergencies" that may arise. 

The Maintenance Plan

Best for companies that have a handle on their HR and just need the security of knowing you have support a phone call away. Includes two live sessions (in person or video conference) per year to review standard HR compliance, new hire documentation, employee files, and workplace safety; and one hour of phone/text/email support per month.

$100 per month or $1,000 for 12 months paid in advance.

The HRBP

Best for companies that have occasional HR questions but prefer to handle most of the concerns on your own. Includes one live session (in person or video conference) per quarter to review standard HR compliance processes and meet with owner and/or designated manager for any general workplace related discussions. Up to 2 hours per month email/phone/text communication and follow-up included. Other consulting services and projects discounted 10%. $225 per month or $2400 for 12 months paid in advance.

The CHRO

Best for companies that have regular HR needs and want someone available to help regularly. This package includes one visit per month with owner and/or designated manager and one visit per quarter with employees as a group to provide standard HR workplace training, business coaching and HR experitse. Unlimited email/phone/text communication and follow-up included. Additional support available and fees discounted to help manage employee performance, progressive discipline, staffing, terminations, and other HR needs. $500 per month or $5,500 for 12 months paid in advnace.
