About us

Alan Bernstein SHRM-SCP is President and Chief HR Consultant of HR Office Savers Inc., a human resources consulting firm that provides employment advisory solutions to small businesses and individuals in the areas of staffing, compliance, employee relations, and more. 

Prior to beginning his consulting business, Alan held a series of corporate human resource positions of increased scope and responsibility at Harris Corporation, Honeywell International, GTSI Corp, and Verizon Wireless.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of  Buffalo, is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, and is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management. With more than 20 years of diverse professional experience in human resource management and employment, Alan helps employers and workers navigate the  complexities of human resources through hands-on support and education.  

Alan is active in the community, serving as Board Member of Melbourne Regional Chamber of Commerce and LEAD Brevard, Immediate Past President of the Space Coast Human Resources Association, Communications Director for HR Florida, and teaches the HR Certification preparation class for SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP at Eastern Florida State College. 

Recent awards include: Best Consultant on the Space Coast, 

HR Florida 2023 Volunteer of the Year, and Melbourne Regional Chamber of Commerce 2023 Ambassador of the Year. 

Alan and his family have resided in Central Florida since 2016. 

Jennifer Dickson is Senior Human Resource Consultant with HR Office Savers.

Before joining HR Office Savers, Jennifer worked as the Human Resources  Manager at Aviara Boats, Merritt Island Boat Works/Ocean Alexander and  Barn Light Electric Company, and brings large-scale HR knowledge in payroll and benefits administration in the medical services industry. Jennifer’s expertise includes a broad range of HR capabilities, including staffing and recruitment, onboarding, FMLA administration, workman’s compensation, employee  counseling, policy development, compensation, benefits, and payroll. She is an excellent collaborator with the ability to effectively interact  with senior directors, managers, and peers. 

 Jennifer  holds a Master of Education in Human Resource Development from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Jennifer is active in the local community and serves on the Board of Directors as Secretary for the Space Coast Human Resources Association of Florida since 2016.  

Jennifer and her family have resided in Brevard County since 1988.

  Cherish Waymire is a Human Resource Coordinator at HR Office Savers Inc.

Prior to joining HR Office Savers, Cherish worked in customer service for 13 years in the restaurant and insurance industry. Cherish holds a Bachelor of Science in Organization Management with a Specialization in Human Resources from Eastern Florida State College. 

Cherish is a Brevard County native who currently resides in Satellite Beach with her family.
